Directors...
Paul Ashley set up Yellow Door Property Ltd in 1993, initially running it alongside his other business interests before growing it into his main business in 2012.
Paul draws his commercial expertise from a range of successful entrepreneurial and directorial posts over more than three decades. Prior to moving into full-time property development, he built a nationwide financial services brokerage and then became a board member of a group of IT companies developing community-based portals and business directories. That company was floated in 1998 and Paul went on to build an online data backup business providing secure, remote storage for large corporations.
More recently, he provided seed funding and initial chairmanship for a 'Big Data: Machine Learning' Internet start-up company focused on the music industry. Following its pioeneering technological breakthroughs, a major Silicon Valley firm acquired the company in 2014.
Steven Joseph has enjoyed considerable commercial success in a range of executive appointments, both in and out of the food industry.
After many years as Finance Director for Continental Group, he accepted the same post for Portfolio Foods in 1990. From there he engineered a number of profitable sales and acquisitions (the sale of Portfolio Foods to Cadburys, the acquisition of Shippams and its sale to Princes Foods) culminating in the formation of Tangerine Confectionery Ltd in 2006. Under Steven's leadership, Tangerine Confectionery has enjoyed excellent growth and owns some of the UK's best known confectionery brands.
Steven has various additional business interests and his expertise is much in demand. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of both The Bunker and Arthouse Group, and Non-Executive Director of Jamie Oliver Licensing Ltd. Formerly, he was Non-Executive Chairman of British Pepper & Spice, Decorative Sleeves, Time System International and Blagden Packaging.
